(Of course, this isn’t all of our work.)

LAMIA by CONRAD HOTEL

LAMIA by CONRAD: The Name of a Luxurious Journey on the Bosphorus

Conrad Istanbul set out to create a unique experience worthy of the elegance of the Bosphorus: LAMIA.
A luxury boat was to welcome its guests against the silhouette of Istanbul — and turn the journey itself into a lasting memory.

When the hotel team approached us, the name was already decided. But it didn’t yet have a face. As Specific Team, we gave it that face.

The Specific Team Process: We designed the LAMIA logo from scratch — with a strong emphasis on simplicity. Because being simple doesn’t mean being incomplete; it means finding the essence.

We wanted the LAMIA logo to be both symbolic and minimal. A boat crossing the Bosphorus, the balance of two anchors, the soft flow of the waves… Every detail is measured, every line purposeful. There’s not a single unnecessary stroke. But it speaks volumes.

We carried this simple yet powerful logo across every surface of the boat — from the captain’s uniform detail to the chef’s apron… From the embossed metal on doors to the napkins inside.

We made LAMIA not just recognizable by name, but memorable by identity. We bridged Conrad’s sense of comfort with the graceful motion of the vessel. We transformed a static image into a dynamic experience.

LAMIA is now a character gliding through the heart of the Bosphorus. And we gave this character a voice, a presence, and a profoundly simple face.

TİEFBRAUN

TIEFBRAUN: Giving a Coffee Brand Character

TIEFBRAUN is a coffee brand based in Germany. When they came to us, their request was quite simple:
A new logo and packaging design.

But we sensed a greater potential behind this brief. This brand was clearly on a path of transformation and growth.

TIEFBRAUN is a wholesale coffee supplier operating across Europe. They source carefully selected beans from around the world and deliver them to professionals and businesses in various countries. So far, they have been a strong player behind the scenes, especially on the distribution side. Now, without rushing or acting aggressively, they’re looking to become more visible under their own brand — to step into the spotlight.

The Specific Team Process: For us, design is never just about visuals. It’s about giving the brand a voice, a stance, a distinct personality. That’s how we approached TIEFBRAUN as well. Maybe not today — but tomorrow, when they open branded coffee bars or place their name on more shelves, we wanted everything to speak in harmony: their logo, packaging, tone, colors…

We didn’t just aim to create a new look — we wanted to help them define a direction and a character.

TIEFBRAUN’s transformation is still ongoing. But with this first decisive step, their hands are now stronger. Because their story is starting to evolve into something deeper and more dimensional.

BELLA MORDANE

We Listened to the Language of the Olive: The Bella Mordane Story

When Bella Mordane came to us, they had only a name. A beautiful name. But beyond that, nothing about the brand identity had been defined.

What we encountered was a team producing olive oil on a vast estate in Köprübaşı, Manisa, Turkey. From the very first moment, their care for the land, the process, and the product was evident. Yet, how that care would be translated into a brand was still uncertain.
Bella Mordane was like an olive branch ready to grow and reach for the sun — strong, yet in need of form and direction.

At the Starting Line: Searching for Identity
The absence of a brand identity was, in fact, the most inspiring and valuable part of the process. Because a blank canvas is always the most exciting starting point for a creative team.

The Specific Team Process: We began by asking what the brand wanted to become. Not just a producer, but a refined, modern, elegant, and trustworthy olive oil brand. One that would leave a lasting impression on both the table and the mind.

Our first step was the logo. We created a design inspired by simplicity — modern yet warm. Then we moved on to packaging: sharp lines, clean but striking labels that turned each bottle into a design object. Not something to shout on the shelf — but something to quietly command respect.

We brought the same level of care to the social media presence. A visual tone built on elegance, simplicity, and trust.
We carried the brand’s aesthetic into the digital world.

Finally, the e-commerce site. A user-friendly interface, clear navigation, and a refined visual structure became Bella Mordane’s digital showcase. We wanted visitors not just to explore the products — but to step into the brand’s world.

At every step of the journey, we tried to translate the brand’s natural spirit and care into design.
We listened to the language of the olive — and spoke it through design.

AĞAR EGZOZ

Ağar Exhaust Systems: Transforming Industrial Power Into a Modern Identity

The Story: Ağar Egzoz is a powerhouse in its field — known for its high-volume production and engineering excellence, built on years of industry experience. However, its digital presence and visual identity had fallen behind, no longer reflecting its true strength.

The question arose: how could a brand so dominant in the field appear so silent in the digital world? That’s where the transformation began.

The brand needed a modern face — one that spoke to today’s needs, kept pace with the times, yet stayed rooted in its legacy. That’s when Specific Team stepped in. Reimagining the identity, refreshing the face, and translating the story into digital — that’s our kind of brief.

Specific Team Process: The project began with an in-depth analysis of the brand’s current state. Outdated corporate elements were reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.

Our mission was to reframe Ağar Egzoz’s industrial strength and technical know-how through a modern, refined design language.

For the new logo, we aimed for simplicity with character. With bold typography and subtle mechanical cues, the design now visually mirrors the brand’s solid presence in the field. Our color palette balanced technical precision with human warmth — a fusion of trust and clarity.

When it came to the website, user experience led the way.
We designed a mobile-first, clean, and fast-loading interface.
From product catalogs to distribution channels, from manufacturing capabilities to environmental responsibility — we turned every element into a concise digital narrative.

At Specific Team, we transformed Ağar Egzoz’s outdated face into a modern identity tailored for today’s digital landscape.
Now, agaregzoz.com.tr is not just a website — it’s the digital front of a renewed industrial brand.
